Our client, Hercules QLD Pty Ltd, specialise in the design and manufacture of aluminium and steel tippers.
  
Just Automotive Recruitment is assisting in the search for skilled Fitter Generals to join the team. You are expected to maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements.

• 2 fulltime positions available
• $65,000-$90,000 PA depending on experience
• Location:QLD 

Critical Responsibilities:
● Workshop repairs and maintenance
● New machine pre-delivery preparation and inspection
● Customer satisfaction
● Safety / Quality
● Cross-functional support

Main Responsibilities:
Fault finding, repairs and services including but not limited to:
● Diesel and petrol engines
● Diesel, petrol and LPG fuel systems
● Steering systems
● Transmissions – hydrostatic, powershift and manual
● Brake systems
● Hydraulic valves and cylinders
● Electrical starting, charging and accessories
● Service and diagnostic repairs
● Liaise with spare parts team to determine parts required for repairs
● To complete repair and services within reasonable time frames
● To process workshop service/repair documentation on a daily basis
● Work in a safe manner, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and comply with requirements of the current Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H) legislation
● Other duties as directed
