Global Workforce Partners is seeking experienced Furniture Finishers to join the team in VIC. 

• 2 Full-time position/s available 
• $70,000-$85,000 PA 
• Location: VIC 

The Role 

• Preparing surfaces through sanding (orbital and block sanding techniques) 
• Applying finishes including solid colours and stains 
• Using 2-pack (2pac) paint systems via spray gun 
• Ensuring consistency and precision in all finishing work 
• Conducting quality checks on final products to meet company standards 
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and safe workspace 
• Collaborating with production teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations 

The Person  

• Proven experience using 2pac paint with spray guns 
• Experience applying both solid colour and stain finishes (similar to automotive painting processes) 
• Strong sanding skills, including orbital and hand/block sanding 
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship 
• Ability to inspect and quality-check finished products 
• A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
• Previous experience in furniture finishing, automotive painting, or similar industry (highly regarded)
