About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with a broad and extensive knowledge of dealership operations, covering Sales, Parts, Service, and Administration. As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our clients Toowoomba branches, which focus on Agriculture, Construction Equipment, and Trucks. Your leadership will be key in achieving financial targets, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Duties
- Lead Dealership Operations: Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, parts, service, and administration, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Drive Financial Performance: Achieve financial, market share, and volume targets across all departments while managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop departmental managers and staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring that all interactions are professional and supportive.
- Strategic Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth within the Agriculture, Construction Equipment, and Truck sectors, developing and executing strategies to expand market share.
- You are an experienced business leader with a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations.
- Extensive knowledge in Sales, Parts, Service, and Administration is essential, with Truck and Agriculture dealership experience being a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and achieve business targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
