About the role 
Join an established and reputable team in the automotive industry as a Parts Interpreter Representative. You’ll split your time between assisting customers and technicians at the counter and building client relationships through business development and on-the-road representation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the confidence to promote products while delivering exceptional customer service. 

Duties 

• Assist customers by sourcing and supplying required truck parts  
• Process sales orders, including picking, invoicing, and receipting  
• Maintain accurate computer records and update product information  
• Provide pricing and availability details for products and services 
• Promote and upsell products while building long-term relationships  
• Support the parts team and contribute to overall team success 

Skills and experience 

• Truck parts experience is essential (minimum 5 years preferred) 
• Proven experience in parts interpreting in truck or car industries 
• Strong customer focus and confident sales ability  
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills 
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment  
• Current manual driver’s license (forklift license preferred) 

Benefits 

• Salary: $56,000 – $70,000 + Super (DOE)  
• Weekly pay and secure, full-time position 
• Great working environment with supportive leadership 
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (or 9:00 am – 6:00 pm), with 1-hour lunch 
• Overtime: Available 
• Saturday Roster: Required on rotation
