Duties
- Working with our trade customers, technicians, and the general public.
- Assisting the Parts Department, providing parts to both internal and external customers.
- Promotion and sales of various products and/or services to suit customer needs.
- Handling of parts sales and enquiries.
- Placement and management of daily orders.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and fellow staff.
- Processing incoming orders and contributing to accurate inventory management.
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support.
- Mentor and support team
- Parts Interpreter experience is essential.
- 3+ Years experience in this or similar position
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Proficient computer competency - Auto IT experience advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide great customer service.

- Up to $34.00 p/h + Monthly Bonuses
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm – NO WEEKENDS
