About the role
Reporting to the branch manager - the salesperson responsibility is to provide a superior level of service and experience to customers seeking to purchase accessories. The primary function is to engage with Vehicle owners, Branch management, 4x4 Technicians, to address queries, place bookings and ensure job on each vehicle is executed and delivered on time.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Handle quotes, telephone inquiries and sales.
- Create and process repair orders.
- Ensure parts are correctly and efficiently ordered.
- Generate accurate invoices and reports for service customers.
- Monitor service times to ensure the timely completion of vehicles.
- Monitor and update the bookings to meet business needs.
- General admin duties.
- A very strong customer service ethic
- Previous experience in Sales within the Automotive Industry (Service Advisor or Sales Rep exp desirable)
- The ability to work as a member of a team
- The drive and ambition to grow and develop within the business
- A passion for four-wheel drives
- Understanding of different vehicle makes and models.
- Strong computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in automotive or 4x4 accessories is highly regarded.
- Base Salary $70,000 - $80,000 + Super + Monthly Bonus
- Monday – Friday and eventually a rostered half-day Saturday.
