About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Sales Person, Automotive to drive vehicle sales and grow the dealership’s footprint in the local market
Duties
- Actively sell new and used vehicles, focusing on face-to-face customer engagement
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery
- Achieve realistic sales targets of approximately 15 new and 5 used vehicles per month
- Work closely with the on-site General Manager, service, and parts departments
- Help shape and grow the dealership’s sales operation, with potential to expand into motorcycles
- Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom and yard presence
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a strong background in direct selling
- Hands-on, self-driven approach — this is a selling role, not a management-only position
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Motivation to work independently and build long-term success
- Current driver’s license
