About the role
Based in Botany, this Service Advisor role connects customers with the workshop team. You'll handle enquiries, quotes, bookings, and invoices while ensuring excellent service and smooth operations.
Duties
- Provide service to customers who are having their vehicle repaired or maintained by the workshop team
- Answer customer calls and enquiries
- Provide accurate and detailed quotes to customers
- Act as the liaison between the customer and service department/workshop.
- Provide a high level of customer service
- General service advising and customer care duties
- Scheduling workshop jobs
- Prepare accounts/invoices for completed jobs
- Bookings for service techs – breakdowns, field service & fleet techs
- Prepare detailed job cards
- Invoice job cards according to work completed
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Raising and closing job cards
- Open to Light Vehicle background
- Ex-Technician background could be good fit
- Mercedes Benz experience preferred
- Car or truck dealership background
- Mechanical knowledge/aptitude
- Strong focus on customer care and professionalism
- Professional attitude
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Salary: Competitive annual salary + bonuses
- Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday - Friday
