About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Service Advisor / Sales Person – Thornleigh, NSW to manage customer bookings, provide product advice, prepare quotes, coordinate accessory fitments, liaise with suppliers, and ensure a smooth process from enquiry through to vehicle collection.
Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring 4WD and vehicle accessory supply and fitment.
- Provide product advice and recommendations across the in-house product range and other aftermarket accessories.
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders for accessory supply and installation.
- Book vehicles into the workshop for accessory fitments and coordinate schedules with the workshop team.
- Receive vehicles on arrival, confirm work to be completed and ensure deposits are taken where required.
- Order parts and accessories from suppliers and track deliveries to ensure jobs can be completed on schedule.
- Liaise with trade customers including panel shops, dealerships and other automotive businesses.
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process, from enquiry through to vehicle collection.
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor, parts interpreter, or accessory sales role.
- Strong knowledge or interest in 4WD and vehicle accessories.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage bookings, quotes, orders and customer enquiries simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable liaising with trade customers such as dealerships and panel shops.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop and retail environment.
- Team player who can work closely with both sales and workshop staff.
- Current driver’s license required

- Stable schedule: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
- Rotational Saturday shifts (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, approx. 1 in 3) for work-life balance.
