Just Automotive Recruitment is seeking experienced Furniture Finishers to join the team in VIC.

- $70,000-$85,000 PA
- Location: VIC
The Role
- Preparing surfaces through sanding (orbital and block sanding techniques)
- Applying finishes including solid colours and stains
- Using 2-pack (2pac) paint systems via spray gun
- Ensuring consistency and precision in all finishing work
- Conducting quality checks on final products to meet company standards
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and safe workspace
- Collaborating with production teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations
The Person
- Proven experience using 2pac paint with spray guns
- Experience applying both solid colour and stain finishes (similar to automotive painting processes)
- Strong sanding skills, including orbital and hand/block sanding
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to inspect and quality-check finished products
- A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in furniture finishing, automotive painting, or similar industry (highly regarded)
