Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Mechanic with performance workshop experience to join this dynamic team.
Duties
- Day-to-day bolt-on performance upgrades (turbos, intercoolers, exhausts)
- Remove and refit engines, transmissions, clutches, timing chains, head gaskets
- General servicing and mechanical repairs across a wide range of vehicles
- Customer service: job cards, invoicing, quoting, answering calls, and front counter support
Skills and experience
- Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic ability
- Experience with Euro, Japanese, and American performance vehicles (e.g., Skylines, FK8, BRZs)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage customer interactions and workshop administration
Benefits
- Competitive salary: $70k–$85k + super (depending on skill level)
