Mechanic (performance Workshop) – Marrickville, NSW 

• Work on Japanese, Euro & American performance vehicles 
• Hands-on upgrades: turbos, intercoolers, exhausts, engine work

Our client is a well-established performance automotive workshop based in Marrickville. They specialize in high-performance upgrades, servicing, and mechanical work across a wide range of vehicles, from Japanese imports to European and American performance cars. 
  
About the role  
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Mechanic with performance workshop experience to join this dynamic team. 
  
Duties 

• Day-to-day bolt-on performance upgrades (turbos, intercoolers, exhausts) 
• Remove and refit engines, transmissions, clutches, timing chains, head gaskets 
• General servicing and mechanical repairs across a wide range of vehicles 
• Customer service: job cards, invoicing, quoting, answering calls, and front counter support 

Skills and experience  

• Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic ability 
• Experience with Euro, Japanese, and American performance vehicles (e.g., Skylines, FK8, BRZs) 
• Excellent organization and communication skills 
• Ability to manage customer interactions and workshop administration 

Benefits 

• Competitive salary: $70k–$85k + super (depending on skill level)
