Our client, Comrie Co Pty Ltd (MMM Cycles), is a Yamaha and Kawasaki motorcycle dealership located in Bathurst NSW. They have been operating for over 25 years and continues to be family owned, with good old-fashioned friendly customer service.

The Person

• Ability to diagnose issues faults and problem solve using a multimeter
• A positive can-do attitude
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic with high attention to detail 
• Current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate or equivalent
• Mechanical servicing and repairing experience
• Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills
• Customer service exposure
• A current driver’s license
• Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours

  
The Role

• Maintains, tests, and repairs the mechanical components of motorcycles to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Work on a range of vehicles in a busy workshop with a great team of mechanics
• Preventative Maintenance
• Infield diagnosis and servicing
• Troubleshoot problems effectively and decisively.
• Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
• Keep workspace and tools in a tidy and orderly condition
• 2 Full-Time positions are available
• $70,000-$85,000 PA
• Locations: NSW
    

Overview of the position

• Engine and diagnostic experience would be beneficial
• Suspension, ATV Experience, and Tyre Changing/ Fitting experience are a must
• Full driveline experience is preferred
• Ability to read a manual and follow instructions without assistance or guidance
• Experience with Yamaha & Kawasaki Diagnostic tools is beneficial
