About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Diagnostic Coordinator (OEM Technical Support) to provide expert technical assistance and coordinate complex diagnostic matters in Miranda, NSW.
Duties
- Provide technical and diagnostic support to workshop technicians
- Coordinate complex vehicle fault-finding and repair cases
- Liaise with OEM technical teams and manufacturer support systems
- Review diagnostic information and recommend effective repair solutions
- Maintain accurate technical records and ensure manufacturer procedures are followed
Skills and experience
- Qualified Automotive Technician or relevant automotive trade background
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding experience
- Sound knowledge of modern vehicle systems and OEM technologies
- Excellent communication and technical problem-solving skills
- Experience in technical support, diagnostics coordination or a similar role highly regarded
