About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Business Manager to join a successful dealership in Chatswood, NSW, responsible for driving finance and insurance performance while delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Process finance applications for new and used vehicle purchases.
- Provide professional customer service throughout the finance process.
- Submit finance applications and manage them through settlement.
- Present and sell relevant insurance and finance-related options to customers.
- Follow up previous customers to identify vehicle upgrades and refinancing opportunities.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in automotive finance, business management or a related automotive sales environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing and processing finance applications.
- Ability to work confidently across both volume and prestige vehicle sales environments.
