About the role
We are looking for an accounts and admin superstar to join the prestigious team in Woollooomooloo, providing accounts support, customer service and assistance to the Director. This is a pivotal role and will suit someone with prior experience in a similar field and industry.
Duties
- Respond promptly and efficiently to internal and external customer queries.
- Support our Finance Administration and Sales team
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Complete bank reconciliation
- Communicating with the sales team about vehicle delivery
- Preparing vehicle registrations
- Liaising with external suppliers to ensure timely coordination of new vehicle movements
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
- Prior experience in the automotive sector essential
- Account administration or similar coordination role
- Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic office environments across finance, and automotive
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- MYOB, Easy-Car and Easy-Cash Knowledge are advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills
- Possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Monday – Friday (40hr Week)
- Permanent full-time position
- Attractive salary on offer is $60,000 - $80,000 + Super based on applicants experience.
