Just Automotive Recruitment is assisting in the search for skilled Fitter/Machinists to join the team at Footscray Engine Reconditioning in VIC. You are expected to maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements.
- 2 fulltime positions available
- $65,000 – $90,000 PA depending on experience
- Location: VIC
The Person;
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade
- Ability to plan and prioritise your workload
- Current car licence is essential
- Truck and forklift licenses an advantage.
- Assist new and existing apprentices
Key Responsibilities;
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment
- Fill out and maintain job time cards as supplied
- Ability to read and interpret drawings & specifications
- Ability to use a lathe safely and competently
- Ability to safely and competently use both a vertical and horizontal mill
