About the role
We are looking for an individual who wants more than just a job. As a recruitment consultant, we are looking for somebody who can take the database we have built over 15 years and work with all opportunities available. Adding to this business is a new business unit which you will be responsible for. Working with our new European suppliers handling candidates on working holiday visas. Duties
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive industry clients.
- Understand client requirements, organisational culture, and talent needs.
- Collaborate with clients to create effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Guide candidates on career development and market trends.
Placement Management:
- Facilitate the end-to-end temp and perm recruitment process
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and advice to clients and candidates regarding the automotive job market.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the automotive industry or similar.
- Experience in Temp and Perm recruitment desk management.
- Strong understanding of the automotive sector, including key players and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
Benefits

- Salary on offer $90,000 – $110,000 + Commissions (Based on experience)
